I am Lucia Ximena Palomo, an HR Operations and Administrative professional with extensive experience in managing human resources and operational functions in international environments. My expertise includes HRIS management, payroll support, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all processes. I have effectively supported recruitment and employee lifecycle processes at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala, collaborating closely with various teams to uphold HR policies. My background also encompasses academic and security operations, where I managed sensitive data and internal communications. With strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Spanish, I thrive in dynamic settings, committed to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
